Sourdough Rye Bread 3 Ways
Learn how to bake 3 styles of sourdough rye bread from Madison Sourdough Head Baker and Co-Owner Andrew Hutchison. Students will learn how to cultivate a rye sourdough starter and use it to make a variety of different breads. Students will also learn the basics of rye flour and how it differs from wheat. Samples of rye breads and pairings will be provided.
