Join us for this month's DCAVS Lunch and Learn!

Volunteer Management Data Base Program
Day/Date: Wednesday, July 16th 2014
Time: 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Location: Madison Concourse Hotel, 1 West Dayton Street. (Participants are responsible for their own parking expenses.)

Are you paying for Volunteer Database programs? Are you still using pen and paper to record your volunteer activity?

Angela Francis may have the answers to all our problem! Angela worked as a contractor with the CUNA Mutual Group to develop a Volunteer Management Database system for the Lussier Community Education Center. Within this database, she has created an easy recording system for volunteer information including hours, events worked, time worked, and even allows for designated volunteers to enter data! At this Lunch and Learn, Angela will demonstrate the basic functionality of the database, customizations to fit our unique volunteer needs, and how to access it for FREE! We will also hear testimonials from local agencies who are already successfully using the system.

The cost for this DCAVS Lunch and Learn Program is $14.00 for members and $19.00 for non-members. The cost includes meal and seminar fee. Payment is required, once registered, whether you attend or not. A meal cannot be guaranteed to those arriving past 12:10 p.m.
