Wine maker Ken Bloom will be here on Friday, June 20th, starting at 6pm to talk about his exceptional wine, while our Chefs prepare a four course, fine feast featuring local and organic food stuffs! Chefs Dalienne Landers, Joe Moreno, and Mike Moreno will prepare,
Course one,
Seasonal fruit and Cheese paired with a 2012 Beach Cabin white.
Course Two,
Sesame Crusted Seared Ahi paired with a 2012 Viognier
Course Three,
Slow Braised lamb shank paired with 2007 Cabernet Sanvignon
Course Four,
Port Poached pears paired with Ruby Dessert wine
Only 60 tickets will be sold for this fun event and dinner will be served in our warehouse. Ticket price is $75 per person.
