FWDC Annual June Family Concert
Fort Wayne Dance Collective presents its Annual June Family Concert with an original story-dance written and directed by Artistic Director, Liz Monnier. "Three Sisters Who Changed the World" will feature 150 performers ranging from ages 3-60 from FWDC's onsite and outreach programs including students from Bi-County Services in Bluffton.
The story revolves around three nutty sisters; Macadamia, Cashew and Pistachio who are sent into the world by their mother, Queen Parsley, to discover ways to improve their community of Milkenhoney, as well as to prove to the queen which of them will be deemed worthy to take over the throne.
Local actor, Jeff Moore narrates the story and dancer/teacher, Kate Majorins dances the role of Queen Parsley.
It's all in good fun and global joy as the finale brings it all together.
