The Soane Museum
For something really unusual, come on an Art History UK tour of the fabulous John Soane Museum. As the architect's own house, the building exhibits Soane's fascination with unravelling classicism and putting it back together again in a powerfully modern way. The visitor is confronted with unexpected mirrored dead ends, vistas into surprising spaces, even the floor at times appears to disintegrate underfoot. -The cost of this event includes a donation to the Soane Museum and admin fees. If you'd rather send a cheque of £42.00, please make one out to Art History UK and post it to 148 Sulgrave Road, London, W67PU. -If you cancel within a week of the event, half the cost of the tour will be refunded (£21). If you cancel within 24 hours of the tour, we regret that we will not be able to refund any of the cost. -Please note, we can only run this tour if we have an attendance of 3 people. If we have to cancel the tour, we will give a week's notice. -For any other questions please email rose@arthistoryuk.com or call on +44 (0) 207 602 3716.
