Scaling Up: Transitioning from Urban Gardener to Farmer
Farmers from Chicago Patchwork Farms will share their seeding schedules, crop plans and harvest logs as they demonstrate how to grow the right amount food for a CSA and farmer's market on an urban plot of land. Participants will receive record keeping sheets to keep track of your production as a gardener and help you hit your production goals as a farmer.
