Mushrooms in the Home Garden
Curious about what it takes to propagate fungi outdoors? This workshop will give you the knowledge to incorporate mushrooms into your garden. We'll sew beds of king stropharia and almond agaricus mushrooms in our outdoor farm, and discuss topics including selecting the best location, substrate options, best species to grow alongside plants, and transplanting mycelium. Bales of local, organic oat straw will be available for participants to purchase.
