Grandmother Workshop on Galettes
Join us for an evening of galette making and tasting! Workshop leader Nancy Snedden will bring a savory galette to share, and teach us how to make our own crusts and apple fillings. You'll take home sweet and savory recipes, enough dough to make a small galette, and whatever is left of your practice pie after we finish tasting our first attempts.
Participants should bring one or two apples, a rolling pin and cloth, pastry blender, measuring cup, and spoon sets (if we're short a couple that's ok).
