Celebrating the Social Fabric for Change - Fashion Show
Come and contribute to a social cause while enjoying a fascinating FASHION SHOW exhibiting beautiful garments and items made from colourful organic cotton and ethical eri-silk fabric handwoven by vulnerable indigenous women and survivors of human trafficking from Assam, India. There will be handwoven products and fabrics for sale including scarves, stoles and handbags made by these women.
Entries for the Fashion Show have been selected through a competition in which international designers and sewist participated over the year. Don't miss a chance to see their work giving life to exotic colourful patterns and motifs from the Bodoland, Assam, India.
