You Be The Judge
E"You Be the Judge!"
For those who were able to enjoy a great Platinum Dinner event a couple of weeks ago, you realize just how incredible those wines were AND why they were selected as platinum award winners!
Now, we'd like to provide you an opportunity to experience -- first-hand --the steps taken toward distinguishing great wines during our "You Be the Judge!" event, set for Wednesday May 14th, at the Yakima Valley Museum.
We have a superb selection of wines for you to sample, enjoy and weigh in on, through the tutelage of our facilitators from the Yakima Valley Community College Vineyard and Winery Technology program. The students will walk you through the judging process of visual, aroma and palate descriptors. We will feature 11 wines throughout the evening (two served during greeting and nine among three flights to be judged), complimented by the culinary talents of Chef Greg Massett.
We ask that each person bring three wine glasses with you to accommodate the flights of three. We will have a limited number of wines glasses available for purchase for those who'd prefer.
We hope you'll be able to join us!

Time: 6:30 pm registration; 7 pm start
Cost: $40 members; $45 guests
Bring: Three glasses
Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by Friday, May 9.
