Keynote speaker Dr. Carol Ann Scott, international expert in measuring learning in museums, introduces the topic. Breakout sessions highlight the ways in which museums throughout Southern California have implemented the concept. Then, KPCC's Larry Mantle, host of "Air Talk," brings together a panel discussion of museum Directors for a discussion about the current and future state of museums.
