By purchasing a ticket to the livestream, the user agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1.User may not record (directly or indirectly), download, modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way this event in whole or in part.
2.The user understands that is their responsibility to ensure their web browser is up-to-date, and they have access to a strong internet connection, and are able to use the required technology in order to experience a high-quality livestream.
3.User agrees and understands that the user link and password are solely for their use and are not to be shared with anyone.
4.Computers and laptops are the ideal devices for livestreaming, we cannot guarantee functionality when streamed events are viewed via casting devices, smart TVs, games consoles or other hardware.
5.The user understands that Yiddish Book Center does not accept any responsibility for any technical difficulties or problems arising from use of the livestream platform, or the users inability to use the platform or the required technology.
6.If the user is encountering issues with accessing the stream or any other technical problems, they need to email livestream@yiddishbookcenter.org. Calls during the festival and after normal business hours will not be received by the support staff.
