Learn to use acrylic paint to make a sweet creation with painter Kristina Kernytska.
Students will:
- Create a composition based on simple geometric shapes
- Learn how to create a contrasting, bright painting using the color wheel
- Learn how to use acrylic painting materials and techniques.
Students will take home an 8x10 painting.
Available for all ages. Children under 8 years old are advised to come with their parents.
Painting might get messy so be sure and wear clothes that can get some paint on them or bring a smock to class.
Kristina Kernytska is an oil and acrylic artist and painting instructor. She is a member of The Artery in Davis and Monterey Peninsula Art Foundation. Kristina takes an active part in various art events in Davis, such as Art Tour, and conducts workshops for different age groups. She also conducts private lessons.
