A Magical Evening Of Illusions and Storytelling!
Two master stage magicians & stories about the magical moments in your life. A MAGICAL experience indeed! This story infused evening is a special one not to miss! Magicians Mysto The Magi & Draco Alexander will awe you with their stunning illusions while enrapturing you with tales of illusionists past and their own lives. Audience members are invited to the stage between illusions to spin the magical Story Portal story wheel and test their fate. There are 20 magical moment story topics on the wheel. What magical story will the wheel choose for you to tell? Perhaps it will be 'A Great Escape', 'A Miracle', 'Ghost Story' or 'Up My Sleeve'.
THE STORY PORTAL
A benefit for The Story Portal, a Denver-based interactive traveling storytelling stage created in 2013. The Story Portal aims to connect individuals to the vast world of shared experience through spontaneous storytelling via its giant steampunk-inspired wheel. Participants step to the stage, spin the wheel and find what true story is fated for them to tell. The Story Portal project's mission is to provide this unique, adaptable and inclusive story-telling experience to the world via festivals, conferences and other multi-cultural public gatherings.
MYSTO THE MAGI
The award-winning Mysto the Magi has been entertaining audiences both large and small throughout Colorado for 20 years with his mirthful shows of magic and illusion. Full of mystery, illusion and storytelling. His shows feature never before seen tricks and favorites plucked exclusively from Mysto's 30-plus years of mysto-fying entertainment.
DRACO ALEXANDER
Draco Alexander, Psychological Entertainer, is a magician, mentalist and corporate educator who weaves together world-class magic, mind-blowing mentalism, escapes, storytelling, spoken word poetry, psychology, improvisational comedy, and quantum physics, to create memorable moments of extraordinary magic, and breath-taking mystery.
