Celebrate spring, with dishes of Normandy and New York, in an underground supper club right in the heart of Williamsburg. Calva and Local Creative have teamed up to bring you a delicious spring menu, and one of a kind atmosphere. Table stylings by the talented Zio & Sons, and florist James's Daughter's Flowers.

springtime welcome cocktail- elderflower or rose

beet tartare

sea bass in soubise and duck fat chips

strip steak with ramp demi-glace

digestif (brandy in sorbet)

sakura mousse, almond cake, green tea meringue

chocolate ice cream
