Show up ready to move. There will be pattern learning: two, for, six count patterns
This is not an information intensive workshop. You will be moving and using your floggers.
So, come with a partner or find one at the event and be prepared to move.

The Lab will be held at an in-person location. Masks are optional, but not required.

The munch will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
The Lab takes place from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
