Wild Turkey Whiskey Dinner
Join us at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27 at Pop's for Italian for a special five-course, whiskey tasting dinner brought to you by our own Chef Robert and friends at Wild Turkey. This dinner will feature four full courses with drink pairings featuring top-shelf selections from Wild Turkey, as well as a refreshing lemon sorbet intermezzo. Tickets to this dinner are $100, with limited space available.
MENU: Beef Tenderloin Canapé with crispy crostini, goat cheese, honey-bourbon glazed onion, arugula. Paired with an Old Fashioned. Peach & Burrata salad with grilled peach, mesclun greens, creamy burrata, balsamic reduction. Served with a whiskey flight. Intermezzo: Lemon Sorbet Braised short rib with smoked cauliflower and parsnip puree, cherry bourbon gastrique, tobacco onions. Served with a whiskey flight. Maple-bourbon Cake with butter pecan ice cream and caramel drizzle.
