The We in Me: Beyond House Resilience
homeLA presents The We in Me: Beyond House Resilience, a celebration of foster youth voices in the arts. It will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 5-7:30pm at The Box gallerys parking lot. Beyond House Resilience is a creative platform by MoFundamentals in partnership with homeLA that showcases perspectives on houselessness and resilience through art from and by current and former foster youth artists, adoptees, and advocates. This festival-style event will include dance, short film screenings, and music along-side booths by foster-youth vendors, entrepreneurs, and support organizations. Details about the event follow. Beyond House Resilience is the second iteration of this foster youth arts festival-style event.
