All are welcome to a discussion that will describe an approach toward information discovery that will accelerate your research success. You will learn:
What immigrant information is critical and how to discover it
How to identify and prioritize documents and resources that will yield the most important and useful results
Which major historical events are key to record discovery
Bill Tarkulich is of Carpatho-Rusyn and German descent. His present work includes Carpatho-Rusyn Homeland's local political, social, and military history. He has written several papers and delivered many presentations throughout the United States. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Carpatho-Rusyn Society.
Genealogy Q & A
Following the presentation, Polly Walker, Kim Johnson, Eileen Jaszewski, Tammy Dennis, and Randy Masica will explain genealogy projects they are working on and will be available for questions and answers.
