St. Malachy's - The Actors' Chapel presents "A Concert of Remembrance" - a candlelight concert featuring serene choral works, sung by The Actors' Chapel Choir, with string orchestra. Stephen Fraser, Director of Music. Musical selections include A. Pärt "Dona Nobis Pacem", O. Gjeilo "Sunrise Mass", E. Whitacre "Sleep", M. Laurisden "Sure on this Shining Night" and W. Todd "Remembrance". Selections of poetry to be recited between musical selections. Concert duration is approximately 1h10min with no intermission. Wine Reception to follow in the West Chapel. All are welcome! Doors open at 7:30pm. Seats are available on first-come, first-serve basis.
