DAYLIGHT FOOLDREAM
On Saturday September 23rd come watch the premiere of Alex Johnston's visual album Daylight Fooldream at Narrative Coffee in downtown Everett.
Daylight Fooldream is an album inspired by a whimsical thought experiment about alternate realities. What if our imagination was not just a thought process but some version of us pulling us deeper into ourselves. A feeling reminiscent of deja vu but instead of feeling weird confusion you feel confidence. This thought experiment inspired me to connect these songs as a full visual narrative about imagination leading 2 different versions of self to clarity and to themselves.
Doors will open at 7pm at Narrative Coffee where you can order coffee, beer, and wine. At 7:30 Alex will begin the show by playing a short set and then premiere the film.
Tickets are also available at the door for $15.
