Portside Community Market will be coming to Jack London District in 2016, but we can't wait until then to share amazing food, inspirational community leaders and great company with you!
Join us on March 25th for an evening of co-ops, food activism and of course, delicious food! Come hear sustainability leaders from around the Bay talk about the role of cooperatives in the new economy, food sustainability, the impact of investing locally and more at the Port Workspaces Co-Working. Enjoy the bounty of seasonal food, learn more about Portside and get inspired by the incredible work being done by people in the East Bay Community.
Introducing the Speakers Tommaso Boggia - He's co-founder of Portside Community Market and long-time activist. With a Public Administration Masters from Presidio, Tommaso and the Portside Team are changing the landscape of Jack London by merging sustainability and economic development.

Janelle and her SELC associates have also been a driving force behind recent landmark legislation like the Homemade Food Act, supporting local producers and creating a more resilient economy.
Dave Corson-Knowles - From manager at Gather, one of the nation's most acclaimed restaurants, to his past work with Slow Money and current movin' and shakin' with Good Food Web, David has helped drive crucial aspects of both the food movement and conscious investing in the Bay.
Tickets include the inspiration of all these speakers, including interactive Q&A sessions, a gourmet 5-course, organic and locally sourced meal and beverages.
