Come learn how to butcher a whole spring lamb! Butchering has become a lost art that used to occur in every household. Join us, with Angela Wilson of Avedanos Butcher Shop & Market and our executive Chef David Williams, for a hands on butchering demonstration in Port Costa! You will learn which cuts are best for different cooking methods, how to utilize the whole animal and you get to take some cuts home with you! Ticket also includes a multiple course family style lamb lunch.
Plus, meet wine maker Bed Harod of Oro en Paz Winery, whose delicious wines will be featured during lunch!
Event is on Saturday March 22nd from noon to 3pm, and space is limited to 16 people.
Please purchase all tickets in advance. Tickets are $125 per person and include demonstration, lunch, a glass of wine, and some freshly packed cuts to take home.
