The Weirdo Show: featuring Harley Newman!
After the stunning success of the February Weirdo Show, the only option we had was to put on another! What an option it was too ladies and gentlemen, because we have another action packed show, representing all facets of the performing community! First we have a lovely lady that the Weirdo Show has been trying to book for some time: Dainty Dandridge!

Next, we have a performer that has come highly recommended from the Clown Cabaret: Mandy Dalton!
Clowns are creepy, or at least that's what the internet memes say. But what if you had a cute awesome clown that was part 80's black light unicorn poster, part Marvel universe fan girl, and more punk than Joey Ramones' leather jacket? Mandy Dalton mixes her training from Ringling Clown College and Cirque du Soleil with a healthy amount of 10 year old ADHD birthday party fun. She is what you get when you mix this cute little Rag Doll on Red Bull. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
A personal favorite of mine, the Weirdo Show has tried for months to get these performers on our stage and the opportunity presented itself: The Misbehavin' Maidens!
Misbehavin' Maidens is an all female singing group with a focus on bringing pretty harmonies to the dirtiest of songs. While all of the ladies come from a "pirate" background, they like to embrace a wide range of subcultures, and do their best to ruin everything musically from steampunk to anime. Their repertoire consists of Bawdy Ballads, Crazy Chorales, Drunken Ditties, Nerdy Numbers, and Strong Sisterly Shanties."
Having already graced the Bier Baron stage last month for the first time, the Weirdo Show would like to introduce Samantha Stardust! She not only will be the kitten, but will also be gracing the stage with an act that will make you walk home barefoot (since its gonna knock your socks clean off!)
For our headliner this month, we have one of the most influential performers in sideshow today: Harley Newman!
In the circus, he was a clown and sideshow talker. Since departing it, he has spent the last 30 years focusing on stunts and escapes, discarding traditional presentation style and adding verbal, physical and prop comedy. Harley pushes the boundaries of stunt performance. He was rejected by the Guinness Book of Records, as "too dangerous to publish". Harley's appeared on over 200 television shows worldwide, and viewed by approximately a billion people. His television credits include The Today Show, The Tonight Show, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and Penn & Teller's Sin City Spectacular. He's appeared on hundreds of college campuses, and has been a featured entertainer at theme parks. Harley's newest show, Dancing With Ghosts, was featured in the 2009 NY International Fringe Festival. This is a performer that the Weirdo Show is honored to have in it!
