Advancing Our Future - Summit of the Disability Collaborative of Santa Clara County
Join the Disability Collaborative of Santa Clara County along with advocates and community leaders for a day of inspiration and action as we present the findings of our 2013 survey and work together to take action that will improve the future of individuals with intellectual and development disabilities as they transition from the school systems into adulthood.
You will be able to contribute your ideas and strategies that will help to define the conversation and set priorities for work that needs to be done to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities in our community.
