How to Replace a Window
In this class, our master carpenter will help attendees install two types of replacement windows into framed rough openings for a practical and hands-on overview of the process. Topics covered will include: how to measure for a replacement window, tips for removing old windows, how to install a new window, and tips and tricks for installing window trim on the interior and exterior of the house.
The cost of the class is based on a sliding scale between $30 and $50 including a $10 materials fee. Please consider paying more to cover the costs of hosting this class, if you are able.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you have signed up for a class but are unable to attend, please email info@westphillytools.org to cancel your enrollment. For cancellation requests received at least one week before the class, we will either issue a credit towards a future class, or refund the full ticket price, less service fees collected by BrownPaperTickets (typically $2.50 - $4 per ticket). We are unable to guarantee credit or refunds for cancellation requests received less than seven days before the date of the class, although we will do our best to accommodate late cancellations if we are able to fill your spot.
