Chef Jose's Chef Series

Join us for our first Chef Series dinner hosted by Chef Jose!

We are offering an intimate evening with limited seating of amazing food and culinary chat. Chef Jose Espino will be available to discuss the menu and a favorite bartender from RPH will be on hand to help you pair wine, beer or cocktail tastings with all six courses.

This is the first Inspired Dinner that Chef Jose will be creating-join us monthly as he creates a new menu with his own amazing talent combined with famous chefs who inspire him. These limited seating events will be ticketed so everyone will be able to chat and participate with Chef Jose.

Soup: Potato Leek with Truffle

Appetizer; Pan Seared Sea Scallop with Citrus Sauce

Salad: Endive Salad with Dijon Mustard Dressing

Meat Entree: Oven Roasted Rack of Lamb with Natural Jus

Seafood Entree: Pan Roasted Trout with Lemon Caper Sauce
