Backwoods Bombshells Roller Derby, LLC present....Feisty Felines take on the Bruisin Bowers (with some Zebras calling the shots). Don't miss this roller derby mashup as we dress the part to benefit Humane Society of Northeast Texas and Hope House for Pets. Enjoy some women's flat track roller derby while supporting a good cause. BBRD donates 100% of ticket and concession profit so you can be sure your money is directly effective. Pet adoptions on-site and encouraged throughout the event. Beer, soft drinks and favorite concession items will be available as well as merchandise from your favorite roller derby team, BBRD. Question:

The flyer advertised advance tickets for $10, available only from this site. The site imposes a $1.34 so-called "service fee." Question 1: What is the so-called "service" for which I am expected to pay $1.34? Question 2: Why does this so-called "service" cost $1.34? Question 3: How do I go about getting a ticket for $10, as advertised in the flyer?

Answer:

The service fee is a processing fee from brownpapertickets. It is a fee they have on every ticket purchase ordered through them with the exception of the event host buying them for pre-sale. I have just placed our order for these and will be available from any Backwoods Bombshell team member in approx 6 days. I can be found at East Texas Fuel Injection and Rink Rash Bettie works at Longview Harley Davidson to name a few. BBRD also staffs the Lone Star Skate in Gilmer every other Friday and we will be there this Friday(the7th).
