The Sounds of Christmas-2022 Cathedral Christmas Concert

The 46th Annual Cathedral Christmas Concert,
"The Sounds of Christmas"
on Saturday December 17th, 2022 at 7:30PM

Concert highlights will include the world premiere of the "Katavasies of Christmas", composed by Dawn Helene and orchestrated by Hilary Baboukis, the church hymn "I Yennisi Su" by John Baboukis, Carols featuring the Cathedral Youth Choir, and some of the most famous songs and hymns of Christmas, in both English and Greek arrangements. The concert concludes with a sing-along and all are invited to sing.
The concert will be followed by a gala reception "The Flavors of Christmas" in the Cathedral Chiotes Hall. The annual Christmas Concert at Holy Trinity Cathedral has become a staple in the New York holiday concert scene, continuing a tradition that began with the first Cathedral Christmas Concert under the baton of the late Maestro Dr. Dino Anagnost in 1976.
