Washington Street Players presents: Our Town by Thornton Wilder
Thornton Wilder's Pulitzer Prize-winning Our Town is a seminal work that some consider America's greatest play. It tells the tale of Grover's Corners, New Hampshire (a small, typical New England town) in order to provide a view inside its streets, shops and (most importantly) its people. Narrated by the "Stage Manager", we follow the residents of Grover's Corners in a few important dates over the course of 12 years. It is a story that is humorous, romantic and tragic; and a tale that might make you think deeply about yourself and how you live your life.
Directed by Jim Porter.
Performances at Holliston Town Hall, October 14, 15, 21 & 22, all at 8:00 p.m.
WSP would like to give back to "OUR TOWN" by donating to the Holliston Food Pantry. Please consider making a monetary donation or bring a non-perishable item to the show. Thank you for your support!
