Mind Dance is a night moving our bodies to help everyone's minds and souls.
The last two years have thickened the dark moments for a lot of us. We want to help contribute to everybody's mental wellbeing, and make it easier for anyone to get support when they need it. What better way to do that than by shaking a leg in the dance.
Every single penny raised at Mind Dance will be donated to Mind. Find out more about the important work they do at www.mind.org.uk
We ask for a mininum donation of £5, a tenner if you can, and more if you're able to go higher. Larger donations than £15 can be made in person on the night. Whatever you can give is hugely appreciated.
Our inaugural Dance sees Celestial Grub, Abraham Parker and King Knut on the SJQ decks, 8pm-1am. They'll be spinning everything from reggae to latin, funk to afrobeat, jazz to dub-techno, psychedelic to dancehall.
Come and have a mindful boogie.
