Las Vegan Eatz January Dinner Club
We will kick off our 2014 Las Vegan Eatz Dinner Club at the hip Poppy Den Restaurant in Tivoli Village. Celebrity Chef Angelo Sosa will bring his Asian Fusion influence to a specially-created 5-Course vegan menu. The Poppy Den is in the process of adding a number of new, vegan-friendly items to their menu. We will be having two seatings (of 20 each) in the dining room for the evening, at 6:00 and 8:00. The special menu created by Chef Angelo is:
Edamame Dim Sum
Seaweed Salad with Soy/Sesame Vinaigrette
Curry Eggplant with Red Quinoa
Sweet & Sour Tofu
Braised Japanese Squash With Green Tea
Our January Dinner Club will have a built-in charity component included in it. $10.00 of each ticket per person will be going to Operation Hope, a wonderful local non-profit organization that provides no-cost, dental, medical, and specialty care for those in need. This is made possible through the many dedicated medical professionals that donate their time to the Hope Clinic and donations from the business sector and people like us. The cost for the evening is $50.00 per person, which includes the 5-Course Vegan Meal, tax, tip, and the charity contribution. When buying your ticket(s), you will be given options as to which seating you would like to be a part of. Let's have another amazing event and make a difference in our community.
