TWO EVENTS: JOIN US FOR LUNCH (12-1), AN AFTERNOON DISCUSSION (1:15-2:30) OR BOTH.

You're passionate about making some kind of difference in the world. Big or small, global or local. Whether you have a strong inkling or a fully-formed and compelling vision, you don't have to go it alone.

Gather together with other mission-inspired leaders who want a break from daily pressures to gain perspective and invest in their own development. These lively discussions are relevant for managers and leaders at all levels, including emerging, established, aspiring, and accidental leaders. (Space is limited to 14.)

LUNCHTIME LEARNING LAB: CREATING YOUR PERSONAL ADVISORY BOARD.

Lively discussions over lunch, in a small, collaborative learning environment. Today's focus:

Shaping your personal advisory board: who are the mentors, sponsors, peers, and friends who will challenge, advise, console, and champion you and your vision?
Plotting a course of action to build your personal advisory board: What's it like currently, and what are your next steps?

LEADERSHIP SALON: BUILDING SELF-AWARENESS [AFTER LUNCH]

A conversation for mission-inspired leaders who embrace collaborative learning. Today's focus:

Self-awareness is a crucial element of being an effective leader. So, what ARE your key strengths? What are your blind spots? How can you identify your most promising and intriguing opportunities for growth? Explore two validated, research-based approaches to assessing your leadership strengths and capacity. These powerful leadership development tools increase self-awareness, and create a solid foundation for learning and growth.
