NOT A SAD CHRISTMAS
One Christmas brings trauma and sadness to Two young women. They both seek mentoring from Two older women. But the table is turned, as the younger teaches the older about Christmas.

Two friends, Karen (17) and Denise (18) both face two different kinds of trauma. Denise's best friend dies, and Karen's family becomes homeless. All during the happy-time of Christmas 1963.

Two friends Agatha and Sadie, both 59 years old, have experienced death of  best friends and being homeless.  Sadie is Denise's Great-aunt, and when the four of them gather together around the Christmas tree. Not one of them is excited about Christmas.

Karen is bent on suicide. Denise is hostile to Christ. Agatha is blind to the Truth. Sadie is selfish with money. Adding to the mix, Cousin Donald tells each of them: "Follow your own path."   Then with each characters' sad  and bad feelings.   They are all ready to throw-out their Christmas trees.

But Vivian (39) a convicted-murderer, plus good friends with Denise's mom, pays a visit to Denise's home. Where all six characters share their feelings about the Season. Vivian has a peculiar-love for Christmas. She is out-numbered 5 to 1with their UN-happiness for Christmas. But eventually Agatha and Denise have 2nd thoughts about the Christmas reason. Donald and Sadie won't budge.

Karen decides to forget suicide, and embraces the Spirit of Christ. Even though she is still homeless and hungry. She realizes Christmas should have only one meaning, God's gift to mankind.  She understands her homelessness and hunger won't last forever, and it's...     Not A Sad Christmas
