Reno Recipes Cooks with Chef Jay Rathmann during Artown
This Artown event features Chefs Jonathan Chapin and Shannon Tadeo from Reno Recipes teaming up with Chef Jay Rathmann from BJ's Nevada Barbecue. The chefs will be making Polynesian pork, coconut rice, and roasted root vegetables. The estimated cooking time is one hour.
To add to the Artown fun, this event will feature food finger painting for the kids!
Seating for this event starts at 5:30p. The show starts at 6:30p.
People can also watch online. There will only be 30 seats available for this event. Tickets are $30 and include your meal and a secured spot to watch the chefs in action. The proceeds from this event will be donated to Reno Artworks.
Donations from events in this series will be made to Eddy House, Our Center, Northern Nevada Hopes, and Reno Artworks.
