Russian Old New Year Ball - 2014 - Jan 11th, at Star Theater Portland!
Door at 8 pm, 21+ , dress code - DRESS TO IMPRESS
This is the most exciting Russian-American event in Portland Oregon.
The eighth annual Russian Old New Year spectacular has sold out the past three years in a row and we encourage you to get tickets and reserve tables in advance and as soon as possible.
Come celebrate Russian Old New Year with your friends to keep your spirits high! Along with the high-energy Chervona beats, there will be menu of Russian food and zakuski, caviar, flowing frozen vodka and chilled champagne, hilarious contests, prizes, lots of audience participation, the magical materializations of Snegurochka (the Snow Maiden daughter of Spring and Frost) and the satirical "Golden Ivan" awards ceremony which recognizes absurd Russian news events from the past year and achievements of people from local Slavic community. Also performing this year will be Ukranian pop star Darka Dusty and husband Miri Stebivka along with DJ Zhena spinning late-night tunes.
