Join the Charleston Library Society in welcoming one of the brightest constitutional scholars from one of our nation's most important think-tanks. On Monday, November 11th we will host Cato Institute Senior Fellow in Constitutional Studies and editor-in-chief of the Cato Supreme Court Review, Ilya Shapiro.

Mr. Shapiro is a frequent guest and commenter on a range of news outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, CNN, NPR, and many more. He is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, and has filed over 100 amicus briefs in his time at the Cato Institute. A frequent lecturer on behalf of the Federalist Society, this event promises to be both informative and engaging.
