November Las Vegan Eatz Dinner Club
Our November Las Vegan Eatz Dinner Club will be at the wonderful Bronze Cafe in The Center in Downtown Las Vegas. Chef Peter Bastien and General Manager David Mozes have put together an incredible feast to kick off the holiday season. We will sitting in a King's Table set-up and enjoying the following:
The Breakfastiest Amuse Bouche Ever: The Swedish Oatmeal with Apples, Bananas, Dried Cranberries, and Almonds. This will be served with The Pumpkin Superfoods Blended.
Family-Style Appetizers served over Confetti-Chopped Kale with Lemon Vinaigrette:
- The Curried Quinoa, The Greek Couscous, The Agrodolce Brussels Sprouts, The Roasted Beet and Carrot Salad with Quinoa, The Roasted Broccoli with Hemp Hearts, The Spiced Chickpeas, and the Lentil & Carrot Salad.
Family-Style Appetizers Served with Warm Pita:
- The Babaganoosh, the Hummus, and the Vegan and Gluten-Free Vegetable Chili
Appetizers served with the Coconut Almond Blended.
Main Course Sampler Platter of Bronze Cafe's Vegan Sandwiches:
- The Tree of Life Sandwich, The Good Earth Pita Sandwich, The Guac & Mole
Main Course served with The Kale Apple Banana Blended
Dessert Sampler of Bronze Cafe's Vegan Desserts:
