A Cheese Speakeasy

Please join us at Skytown for a soiree of artisan cheeses, beer from Finback Brewery (Queens' newest craft brewers), bread from SCRATCHbread, chutney from NYSHUK, honey from Wilk Apiairy, a screening of a short film on local cheesemaking and cheesemaking equipment demo table from ArtisanGeek.com and more.
The cheeses are produced by a cross-section of urban and local cheesemakers from NYC and environs, from the Gowanus to the Catskills; now's your opportunity to sample them, meet the makers and learn more about the science and art of the vat while partying under the BQE!
