Friday Night Flights - Round 2 (October 4th)
FNF - ROUND 2
We're ringing the bell on October 4th at 7pm for the Second Round of FRIDAY NIGHT FLIGHTS. We're coming at you with two solid jabs and the haymaker to finish you off.
October 4th FNF:
"COMFORTUMNAL" Beer Flight + other goodies
The days are crisp and short. We go from beating the heat to warming ourselves up. We get the odd summer-like day, but they are fewer and further between. We start to see changes in the leaves and landscape. As we sense the oncoming hibernation, we seek comfort. These beers bring that comfort with bold flavors of fall, additional sweetness & backbone, with a slight increase in strength, to fortify us for the coming harsh cold.
"NAUTICAL DAWN" First Light Creamery + LOEW wines
One of the great matches of the world is the remarkable pairing of wine and artisanal cheese.
Wine and cheese share so much in common: reliance on microclimate and terroir, the role of the artisan behind production, and the importance of history in local styles. This flight will highlight our regions terroir in both the dairy world and the wine world.
"THE CURE" Come lose your heart to a meathook!
We selected five cured meats from all over the world that are guaranteed to land an uppercut to your dome piece!
Meat + Beer + Wine = !!!
This is a battle for your palate and an experience that will have you outside of your comfort zone....now tap gloves and head to your corner. FNF
