Cruise on Steamer PORTLAND Oct 5 2013
Steamer PORTLAND and Oregon Maritime Museum (OMM) announce a rare fall cruise aboard the last operating sternwheel steam tug in the US! Oct 5, 2013.
Celebrate the past, present and future of the best small maritime museum in Portland. Local maritime history experts will be aboard to offer inside stories of the sights you will see. Learn about future plans for the Steamer and the museum. Celebrate OMM's 33rd birthday!
Enjoy a light lunch as you take an easy cruise on the Willamette River to the mouth of the Columbia and return.
This is a kickoff for the fundraising season. Limited to 100 passengers! Age limit: 12 and up. Please see www.oregonmaritimemuseum.org for details on access, pets, smoking, etc.
Boarding begins at 10:00am; gates locked at 10:45; depart at 11:00am. Return to dock by approx 3:00pm.
