Friday Night Flights
Friday Night Flights aims to bring a 1...2...punch to your palate. This isn't Rocky Vs. Apollo Creed. This is a battle for your palate, an experience that will have you outside of your comfort zone trying to find a way back in. FNF
September 6th, starting at 6pm, will mark the first ever FRIDAY NIGHT FLIGHTS. We have put together three flights that are sure to have your mouth watering, your mind spinning and your friends wishing.
Our goal is to fill your glass jaw with the best wine, beer, cider, chocolate, cheese, charcuterie, and tapas that we can find! This will put your palate down for the count!

"Summer Retro" Beer Flight
In the waning days of summer, with the warm sun still on our backs but the nights cooling us down, we look back on a summer of light, crisp beers. Everyone's go-to summer beer is different. Some go for the lightest beers possible, occasionally ones lacking in any flavor at all. Truthfully, a good summer beer isn't as much about flavor as it is about drinkability and quenching thirst. Still, there are several styles of beer that work especially well in the summertime. We chose 5 examples of beer that helped us beat the heat during the dog days.
"Raaka the Casbah" Virgin Chocolate and WIne Flight
Cocoa beans present a tremendous variety of flavors. Conventional chocolate making starts by roasting cocoa beans. Raaka delivers flavors you simply can't find in other chocolates, because we don't roast our beans. Our chocolate is vegan, nut free, gluten free, and made from certified organic ingredients. "Come catch a whiff of that crazy Casbah jive"
"Savoureux" A look back at our Tapas Series
At Leonard Oakes Estate Winery we tap into the potential in everything we create.
