GLAAD award winning comic Marga Gomez in an all new, irreverent and timely evening of stand-up comedy. Gomez, who was recently blessed by a witch to protect her against Sarah Palin, intends to take on any election result and spin it till it's funny.
Named 2008 Best Comedian by the San Francisco Bay Guardian, Gomez ponders; Fox News, health insurance, money, sex and everything else I dont get. Besides the race for The White House, Gomez wonders why the religious right crusaded for Proposition 8, the same sex marriage ban as if "Thou shalt get all up in your neighbors business" is a commandment now. Marga Gomez: Funny First will include parting shots at George W, fresh material on breaking news, and Gomezs penchant for sexual disclosure.
