Twenty French chefs and pastry chefs are coming to Florida in October to take
part in an international gastronomic festival accompanied by MTI's Students.
"Village de Chefs Food & Wine Fest" is a unique opportunity to experience culinary specialities from around the world all prepared with a " French flair" and specialy selected French and American wines to complement their creations.
The chef who tempted them to Florida is José Martinez who runs the famous
Maison Blanche Restaurant in Longboat Key, FL.
