Conflict Resolution: Managing Difference, At Scale

In a complex work environment, tasks are accomplished through the collaborative efforts of all members. These members include not just individuals but teams, groups, and departments. Differences when processed positively can lead to productivity, efficiencies and even genuine innovation

Differences are a positive force, if one knows how to harness them. At the group level, conflicts and difference multiply when we engage in complex. How do we address and effectively manage differences and conflict at scale?

This workshop will address and then solve-for the following situations:
*What are the origins of conflict in a group?
*What are the typical responses when conflict occurs?
*What are initial steps to take toward compromise, understanding and resolution?
*How do we harness differences and conflict in service to productivity and innovation?

In addition to the learning around managing conflict at scale, you'll also learn about an amazing new collaboration tool: Nureva Span Workspace.

This workshop is fully interactive and utilize the Nureva Span Workspace Solution that was introduced in the Scrum Around the World Event. We will use the interactive Nureva panel virtual space in real time. Youll experience the virtual board as our focus of interaction, in the same way you use sticky notes and task boards today in your own work back at the office.

Participants are asked to bring a smart phone (such as an iPhone) and, if possible, a laptop computer.
