This three day experiential training will prepare participants to be able to facilitate circles within their communities, in schools and in juvenile justice settings. Attendees will learn and practice the fundamental elements of circle keeping, such as establishing shared values, relationship and trust building, and creating a safe space. The circle process is designed to encourage mutual understanding in a wide variety of settings.
