Circle or Council, is an ancient form of meeting that has gathered human beings into respectful conversations for thousands of years. Circle process offers a structure, an intention, and simple principles that can help us share our unique perspectives and move toward common understanding that can lead to wise action.
Come and learn about the structure and principles that make circle such a powerful practice that can cultivate deep listening, develop compassion and support diversity.
The session will be led by Efrat Livny who has been studying and practicing circle for the past 15 years. She utilizes circle practice as a foundation for community development, a vehicle for organizational management and a teaching format.
