Event
In the Garden of Earthly Delights
This fall enjoy a spectacular afternoon at the Buffalo Springs Herb Farm, located between Staunton and Lexington, VA. Once a popular working farm, the property has been privately owned for several years, and this event offers an increasingly rare chance to wander the gardens. Dinner includes a festive shrimp boil, plus salads, sides, dessert, wine from nearby Rockbridge Winery and local beer. Enjoy live jazz while you dine and a short concert of Baroque music in the main barn, featuring Carsten Schmidt (harpsichord), James Wilson (cello), Fiona Hughes (violin) and Stephanie Corwin (bassoon). All proceeds benefit the Staunton Music Festival. A portion of each ticket purchase is tax deductible.
