Jonathan Jones and Michael Davies have been working together more or less for the last 5 and a half years at The Anchor and Hope in Waterloo. They deal with a lot of meat. They also feel like maybe people eat too much meat. Resultantly their menu will be reflective of the best of Europe's late summer crops. Fruit and Vegetables for everyone!
