Managing Expectations
This interactive session features a panel of local architects and project managers to discuss various approaches to defining scopes and educating clients to set proper project expectations. As the needs of a project evolve, so does the architects role in maintaining and managing a successful project. It is in this evolution that this session aims to create clarity and approaches to defining the architects varying roles throughout the design and construction processes.
